Hi, I’m Ruby — Advertising student at the University of Oregon.
I was lucky to grow up in a house of artists, because they indulged my need to repaint my room every. single. year.
And fabric paint my shirt before third grade picture day.
And cut up every single magazine or catalogue my mom had in the house.
Long story short, I’ve always been fascinated by the ways that aesthetics shape perception. While I did eventually accept that walls could stay one color, I never kicked my love of making art. My biggest creative outlets today are fashion, photography and collecting passport stamps.
